It's that time a year again...time to BOO your neighbors! If you haven't heard of this neighborhood favorite, let me enlighten you. You put together a fun little package of goodies, food or alcohol and secretly leave it by your neighbor's door, with a little print out that tells them how to pay it forward to another neighbor.
